I am the driving force behind our inbound pipeline strategy. I am responsible and accountable for executing campaigns, conducting comprehensive keyword research, setting up ads, and conceptualizing landing pages that have generated over $65M in pipeline over the past two and half years. .
My work involves crafting and executing paid search campaigns to promote our services. I use my expertise to conduct thorough keyword research, a crucial step in ensuring our campaigns reach the intended audience, and analyze the search term report to understand users' intent. Also conceptualize and create wireframes for our landing pages, focusing on user experience and driving conversions.

One of my key responsibilities is managing our Sales Development team, who are responsible for qualifying leads. As such, I work closely with sales to ensure that we are aligned on lead qualifications and create the best possible experience for new prospects.

Overview
I was tasked with running a LinkedIn InMail & Sponsored Content ad campaign to generate webinar registrants for a company. The campaign generated an outstanding result of 73 webinar registrants at a cost per registrant of $230.
While the cost per registrant may seem high, the client was confident that the ROI would be substantial. Based on the company's average opportunity size of $100,000. By generating leads for the company with the potential to generate six figures in revenue, the cost per registrant was a smart investment.
The success of the campaign can be attributed to several factors.
Firstly, it was the most registrants the company has ever received from an ad campaign. This was due to the meticulous A/B testing conducted on ad colors, subject lines, and copy, ensuring that the content resonated with
the target audience. I understood that a tailored message would result in
a higher click-through rate and response rate.
I leveraged my skills to craft a compelling ad that would grab the
attention of my audience. I used data-driven insights to target the right audience using LinkedIn's targeting options, and this proved to be
highly effective. The ad itself was designed to be aesthetically pleasing
while conveying the message accurately.

I worked alongside a start-up dog daycare, boarding, and grooming business, helping them establish a strong online presence and engage with their audience more effectively. Leveraging my expertise in multiple areas, including project management, website creation, SEO, content editing, social media marketing, advertising, booking system configuration, and event planning, I was able to help them increase their bookings and revenues.
To start, I worked with the business to establish a robust monthly content calendar, ensuring that their online presence was consistent and engaging. With a focus on themes and topics relevant to their target audience, we were able to engage more effectively with their customers, building trust and brand loyalty.
To give the business a stronger online presence, I created their website from scratch via wix, ensuring that it was optimized for search engines and user experience. By using techniques like SEO, Meta Ads, Google my Business, and Paid Search, we were able to drive more traffic to their website, helping them to reach more customers and increase their booking rate.
A key part of our strategy was configuring their booking system, making it easy for customers to book appointments, cancellations, and reschedule.
Finally, I also engaged in event planning to increase engagement on social media and bookings. By overseeing the logistics and messaging for their in-house events, we were able to attract more attention and bookings for their business. Our efforts led to an increase in bookings and revenues, positioning the business for growth.
TrueView Case Study
As the ad operations lead on the campaign showcased in this video, I was responsible for overseeing and managing the digital execution for our client. This was a complex campaign with many moving pieces and multiple platform integrations, but through careful planning, attention to detail, and effective communication with the team, we were able to achieve excellent results.
One of the key challenges of this campaign was ensuring that our ad delivery was optimized for maximum viewability and engagement. I also implemented sophisticated tracking and measurement tools to ensure that we were keeping tabs on key performance indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Throughout the campaign, I was responsible for monitoring ad performance and making real-time adjustments as needed to drive improved performance. This required a deep understanding of the technical aspects of digital advertising, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the rest of the team.
Overall, I am proud to have played a critical role in the success of this campaign and to have contributed to our client's continued growth and success.
Website redesign & Company rebrand
As a key member of the team responsible for rebranding our company's Wordpress website, I played an instrumental role in shaping the brand strategy and wireframing design elements that went into its creation.
I worked collaboratively with our team and web developers to ensure the rebrand aligned with our company's core values and resonated with our target audience. Through market research, analysis, and creative ideation sessions, we developed a comprehensive branding strategy that transformed the website's look and feels, making it more modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly. From assisting in page execution of the brand guidelines, selecting the color scheme, typography, and imagery, and refining the overall user experience,
I made significant contributions to the project. Our successful rebranding project has helped to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversions, reinforcing our brand's position as a leader in

From conceptualizing the theme and design to organizing the entertainment and activities to managing the logistics and setup. To ensure the event's success, budget management, and onsite operations, working tirelessly to ensure everything was executed seamlessly. The event's success was evidenced by the significant boost in pipeline and revenue generated, as well as the valuable relationships cultivated with clients. My contribution to this project underscores my ability to plan and execute successful events that build brand equity, drive revenue, and create connections among key stakeholders.
Sales Academy
In my role at DataBank IMX, I saw an opportunity to create significant impact by organizing and implementing our first-ever Sales Academy. As we continued to scale and grow our business, it became clear that there was a critical need to provide our sales team with additional onboarding and support. Our approach to presenting our complex B2B services needed to be clearer and more aligned, and we needed to ensure that all members of our remote sales team were prepared to communicate our messaging with confidence and clarity.
To make this happen, I worked closely with our sales team and leadership to secure budget and commitment for the Sales Academy. I coordinated with key leaders from across departments to join us and explain how their work fits into the broader picture of our services. The event was a two-day immersive experience, featuring workshops, presentations, and interactive discussions designed to educate, inspire and motivate our sales team.
As part of the program, I set clear qualifications for Sales Development representatives to reach in order to be considered for promotion to AAE. This provided a clear path for career development and growth within our team, while also ensuring that all members of our sales team were aligned in their knowledge and approach to our services.
The highlight of the Sales Academy was the pitch competition, which provided a platform for Sales Development reps to demonstrate their abilities in front of all leadership. This intensive but rewarding experience allowed our team members to make a case for their knowledge and expertise in front of key decision-makers, while also deepening their mastery of our communications and messaging.
The success of the Sales Academy has been an instrumental part of our growth as an organization, by improving our onboarding, and increasing alignment and effectiveness across teams. I am proud to have been instrumental in driving this initiative, and to have made a meaningful impact on the success of the company and the careers of our team members.
Annual Company Kick-Off
Being part of the rebrand ideation and production of our annual company call was an incredibly rewarding experience that allowed me to flex my marketing and leadership muscles. Our previous call consisted of a long, tedious Zoom call with static PowerPoint slides, which left many of our employees feeling unmotivated and unengaged.
As a team, we worked tirelessly to step up our game and create a fun, interactive two-part day of pre-filmed videos that would bring energy to the start of the new fiscal year. This allowed us to communicate our goals and vision for the upcoming year in an engaging way that left a lasting impression on our team members.
Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to work closely with our
C-suite, directing and leading them toward our goal of creating a spectacular event that would inspire our team members and get them fired up for the year ahead. This experience was truly valuable, as it allowed me to build relationships with senior leaders while developing my skills in directing a large production.
The end result was a highly successful event that brought together team members from across the organization in a meaningful way. We were able to build company culture while communicating our goals and objectives for the year, all while having fun and creating a memorable experience for everyone involved.
Overall, being a part of the rebrand ideation and production of our annual company call was an opportunity for me to demonstrate my creativity, leadership ability, and marketing expertise. It was truly gratifying to be part of something that left such a positive impact on our organization and its members, and I'm excited to continue pursuing similar opportunities in the future.
